Every year the section is responsible for holding an annual gathering for its member lodges. This gathering was called Conclave prior to 2017, but the name was changed to New England Fellowship in an effort to better market the event. As Conclave is the nationally recognized term, the council of chiefs traditionally votes on the name of the event at a meeting well in advance of the event.
A list of Section Gatherings held by Section E-19 since its merging into Section NE-1 is below:
- The 2014 Conclave was held at TL Storer Scout Reservation in June 2014 and hosted by Moswetuset Lodge.
- The 2015 Conclave was held at Yawgoog Scout Reservation in June 2015 and hosted by Abnaki Lodge.
- The 2016 Conclave was held at Camp William Hinds in June 2016 and hosted by Madockawanda Lodge.
- The 2017 New England Fellowship was held at Griswold Scout Reservation in June 2017 and hosted by Passaconaway Lodge.
- The 2018 New England Fellowship was held at Camp Roosevelt in June 2018 and hosted by Pamola Lodge.
- The 2019 New England Fellowship was held at Treasure Valley Scout Reservation in June 2019 and hosted by Catamount Lodge.
- The 2020 New England Fellowship was originally supposed to be held at Camp Greenough, but was held virtually in June 2020 with the support of Abake-Mi-Sa-Na-Ke Lodge.
- The 2021 New England Fellowship was hosted in a hybrid format at Yawgoog Scout Reservation in June 2021 with the support of Tulpe Lodge.
- The 2022 New England Fellowship was held at Yawgoog Scout Reservation in-person in June 2022 and hosted by Tulpe Lodge
- The 2023 New England Fellowship was held at New England Base Camp in-person in June 2023, and hosted by Pennacook Lodge.
- The 2024 New England Fellowship will be held at Camp William Hinds in-person in June 2024, and hosted by Madockawanda Lodge.
