Section E19 unites eight lodges across New England, fostering leadership, service, and fellowship through impactful events including New England Fellowship (NEF), an annual event featuring leadership training, competitive games, and fellowship; and the ACT Conference, which equips members with skills to “Adapt, Collaborate, and Thrive.” Section E19 also works to strengthen local lodges and promote national OA initiatives.

The ACT Conference is Section E19’s annual training event focused on helping lodge leaders “Adapt, Collaborate, and Thrive” (ACT). It aims to equip participants with the tools and strategies to address challenges, enhance collaboration among lodges, and achieve high performance within their roles. The 2025 ACT Conference will be on March 8, 2025, at the New Hampshire Fire Academy in Concord, NH.

New England Fellowship (NEF), hosted annually by one of Section E19’s eight lodges, is the primary gathering for Arrowmen across New England. NEF provides a platform for fellowship, training, and competition among its member lodges. Each year, the weekend features fun events tailored to strengthen the bonds between participants and enhance their skills. Forge Your Legacy with us at NEF 2025, from June 13-15th at Camp Squanto.
