Joshua Nero

Joshua is the currently the Section E19 Chief. He is a Life Scout and is involved in Sea Scouts. Joshua is currently a student a Plymouth North Highschool in the engineering program. In his free time, you can find him boating or at his school’s baseball field.

Cameron is an Eagle Scout out of Troop 187 in Turner Maine. Cameron is studying Fire Science at CMCC. In the summer, you can find Cameron at the exquisite Camp William Hinds.

Mathieu Charrette

Mathieu is an Eagle Scout and currently the Section E19 Secretary and Vice Chief of Madockawanda Lodge. He is currently enrolled at Yarmouth High School in the lovely Casco Bay region of Maine. Throughout the winter, you can find him skiing at Sugarloaf or during the summer at Camp Hinds.

Anna is the Lodge Chief and a Brotherhood member of Abake Mi-Sa-Na-Ki Lodge, Cape Cod and Islands Council. She is an Eagle Scout with Troop 150, Crew 100, and Ship 40. She is currently a Junior at Sturgis Charter Public School.

Mathieu is the Madockawanda Lodge Chief, and former Vice Chief. He’s focused on creating fun and meaningful events that keep members involved and excited about the lodge. Outside of Scouting, he’s a senior at Yarmouth High School, where he serves as head Varsity Alpine Captain and competes in Varsity Indoor and Outdoor Track.

Nick Letellier

Vigil Honor

Nick is the current Lodge Chief of Passaconaway Lodge. He joined the OA in 2018 and started his scouting career in 2012 as a Tiger Cub. He is currently a Life Scout with Troop 186 and a Venture Scout with Crew 200. He is very excited for the Venturing Crew’s trip to the Kandersteg International Scout Centre in Switzerland.

Adam is the current chief and immediate past vice chief of Pennacook Lodge. He is an Eagle Scout from Troop 56, Wilmington, MA. He is also a member of Crew 451 and Ship 146. Additionally, he is a freshman at Tufts University, you can often find Adam hanging out with friends and enjoying the outdoors.

Rad is a Life scout from Troop 19, Braintree/Weymouth. He is a Junior at Blue Hills Regional Technical School studying electrical.

Tulpe Lodge

Drew is the current Lodge Chief of Tulpe Lodge. He joined the OA in 2019 and is currently a Brotherhood Honor Member. He is currently an Eagle Scout with Troop 2 Barrington and a member of the Narragansett Council Executive Board. Outside of scouting he owns and operates an event equipment rental company and is going to Bryant University in September for General Business Administration.

Section Adviser

Chris Gardner

Vigil Honor

Chris is an Eagle Scout and Vigil Honor member of Pennacook Lodge and was appointed Section E19 Adviser in August 2022. He has previously served as Associate Section Adviser, NEF Program Adviser, and Lodge Activities Adviser. He is also an Assistant Scoutmaster of Troop 513 Stoneham, MA. As a youth, Chris served as Section Chief and Lodge Chief. Professionally, Chris works as a director at Microsoft with a focus on process improvement. Outside of Scouting, he’s recently retired from playing rugby and loves spending time with his nephews (who will be registered in Scouting, when they are old enough).
